How do I reset my password?
From the sign-in screen, click 'Forgot password?' and we'll email you a reset link. Links expire in 30 minutes — request a fresh one if needed.
How do I add or remove team members?
Firm owners can invite or remove team members from Settings → Team. Deactivated members keep their historical activity in the audit log; their assignments are released for reassignment.
Where can I export my data?
CSV and JSON export is available from Settings → Data & Export for customer data, workflows, tasks, documents, and audit logs. Large exports are delivered by email when ready.
What's your SLA for outages?
Professional plans target 99.9% monthly uptime; Enterprise plans are contracted to 99.95%. Real-time uptime and incident history live on our status page.
How do I file a security disclosure?
Email security@experivise.com with a description and steps to reproduce. Our team acknowledges receipt within one business day and coordinates responsible disclosure with you.
Can I get training for new hires?
Yes — role-based video tracks live in the Experivise Academy, and your success manager can run a private session for onboarding cohorts on request.
